Who is LabourLink?
LabourLink is a South African labour consultancy for employers who want the whole people function handled properly, from the first contract to the last day of service. It works in association with KJVR Attorneys of Somerset West.
Our consultants chair disciplinary hearings, run retrenchment consultations, sit across the table from trade unions and prepare employers for the CCMA and the bargaining councils, appearing where the CCMA Rules allow. Through the People Dashboard, clients keep the records those processes depend on.
When a matter needs an admitted attorney, for a Labour Court application or an urgent interdict, it moves to KJVR Attorneys. The file goes with it. Nobody starts again.
