What is the LabourLink People Dashboard?
It is the HR platform LabourLink clients use to run hiring, leave, clocking, pay documents, training and compliance in one place. Our consultants work from the same record, so when a dispute arrives the evidence is already filed.

What it does

What it does not do
The dashboard does not calculate PAYE or run payroll. Payroll stays in SimplePay or PaySpace and the dashboard reads the results. It does not file UIF or COIDA returns, and it does not replace advice: retrenchment processes are run by a consultant, not generated by software.
We say this plainly because a platform that over-promises becomes evidence against the employer who trusted it.
